I didn't really dress up as anything for Halloween this year. I did take some fall pictures when we were in the mountains about a month ago and I thought I would share them with you. I hope you are having as fun of a fall as I am.

Happy Fall Y'all!
Happy fall y'all! Wow, October has gone by sooooo fast. I have had so much fun in my new house. There are lots of things to learn to do. I am still scooting and I haven't started walking yet, so I'm scooting a lot faster these days. I have learned how to scoot over the small step from the living room to the sun porch. I have also learned how to scoot up on to the big step over at Dall and Granddad's house. I am pulling up on everything and I expect that I will be walking everywhere in a few days.

I am ready for my first real holiday season. While I was around for last Thanksgiving and Christmas, I couldn't really participate in anything. This Thanksgiving and Christmas should be a lot more fun. Talk to you soon. Bye-bye!

The Missing Mountain Pictures
A few weeks ago, I started telling you about our vacation to the mountains in North Carolina. Since then, my mommy, daddy, and I have moved into our new house in Springfield. Our new house is pretty cool, but it doesn't have the internet yet, so daddy hasn't been able to put any new pictures on the blog (or the "blob," which is what my GG calls it).
I told daddy I wanted him to put a few more pictures up from our vacation to North Carolina. Here are those pictures.
Before Mr. Brian, Ms. Kelly, Marshall and Natalie left, we took a group picture on the porch of the mountain cabin.
Then we walked down to a waterfall in a stream by the house and daddy took this picture.
Here is a picture of me and my mommy and daddy.
That afternoon, my mommy and daddy and I went on an adventure and found a playground. We had so much fun. I got to play with the baby swing, I went down the slide with my daddy, and they had a make believe car with a steering wheel. I "drove" and daddy helped me stand up.
Near the playground, there was a really pretty lake. We went on a walk on the walking trail around the lake. In the background, you can see that the leaves were beginning to change colors.
Daddy took lots of pictures of me. For this one, he put me down on this long wooden bridge. I don't know what he wanted me to do, but I guess it makes a pretty good picture.

Our Mountain Adventure
Day two of our mountain adventure included a stop at a duck pond in Banner Elk, NC. I really liked the ducks. They made lots of noise and came up real close to us. I fed the ducks some of my sweet potato puffs.

My daddy gave me a piggy-back ride. I really like when we go on vacation, because I get to spend more time with my daddy.
On day three of our mountain adventure, we went fishing at Grandfather Trout Farm. I wore my special mountain shirt that has bears and other animals on it for the adventure.
Mr. Brian helped John Marshall fish. They caught the first trout. Both the trout and John Marshall jumped around a lot.
Mr. B and Natalie and Ms. Kelly caught two fish at the same time.
Here is a picture of me with my daddy, my mommy, and a trout that my daddy caught. We ate smoked trout for dinner that night, but of course I didn't get to have any.
After we went fishing, we had a picnic in the campground next to Grandfather Trout Farm. I love picnics. Then we came back and took a picture with the big trout. He looks mean, doesn't he? I'm glad the fish daddy caught didn't look like that.

Welcome from North Carolina!
Welcome to The Cash Satterwhites! If you are reading this Blog, you most likely met me and my family on my old Blog, Paul and Shay's Baby Experience. That Blog was all about my first year of life -- as a little baby. My name is Graham Satterwhite. I am 1 year and 26 days old. Now that I am a big boy, I decided (well, my daddy decided) that we needed a new Blog because I am not a baby anymore. So here it is. Welcome. I hope you enjoy your stay.
First, I have to tell you where the name of the Blog came from. It is really pretty easy. My mommy's last name is Cash. My daddy's last name is Satterwhite. Together, we are the Satterwhites, but lots of people don't know what to call us. Some people call us the Cash-Satterwhites and we think that is funny. So that is the name of our blog.
This week, we are on an adventure to North Carolina. We are staying in the North Carolina mountains in a mountain cabin. We have had some friends visiting -- my daddy's college roommate Brian, Ms. Kelly (Brian's wife) and their two really fun children -- my new friends Natalie and John Marshall. We have done lots of fun things the last few days. Now that I'm big and can scoot, I like playing with other kids and I had a lot of fun with Natalie and John Marshall.
This is the view from the deck of the cabin we are staying in.

Here is a picture of me and Natalie playing.

Natalie is very nice. She helped to take care of me and she
is very smart. I hope I am half that smart when I am four.
John Marshall was a lot of fun too. He runs around a lot. I can't wait until I can run.

I took a ride in a wagon and played with a remote control at the same time. I like remote controls. If there are 10 toys on the floor and a remote control, I will always end up with the remote control in my hand. I am trying to be like my daddy.....

Another picture from the deck on our cabin. Stay tuned. I promise I will send more pictures from our North Carolina vacation.
