When we got to Harrison, Granddad and I played some in Bird's yard. He makes me laugh. We are both wearing our blue shirts with white sweaters. It wasn't intentional. I promise.
Nanny got a lot of good "holding time" with Lena. When she didn't want to stop crying during lunch, Nanny asked us to let her hold her. Whatever Nanny did, it was magic. Lena looked so happy, I had to go over and see what was going on. And, of course, I am carrying my Night-Night (what I call my blankie).
Of course, Mother's Day pictures wouldn't be complete without a picture of Doll. Doll was wearing pink. Perfect.
Here is a group picture of the mothers at Mother's Day. And me and Lena, of course.
This is the only picture Mommy would let Daddy take of her on Mother's Day. Otherwise, she would be the focus of this post. But I just want to say, and I think I can speak for my sister too, we have the best Mommy in the whole wide world and I love her more than anything. I hope she had a happy Mother's Day.
